ASHA 2023 Annual Conference

Join Sucheta Kamath, CEO & Founder, ExQ® as the Keynote speaker at the ASHA 2023 Annual Conference in Boston, MA on Nov 16-18, 2023. She will present on The Science of Follow Through: How Executive Function, Therapeutic Success and Lifestyle Modification are Linked.

Treatment adherence is a key ingredient in successful therapeutic outcomes which results in transfer and generalization of newly acquired skills beyond the therapeutic context. There’s a delicate interplay between clinician’s and clients’ Executive Function which are required to sustain motivational engagement and strategy use to influence adherence over time. This presentation will discuss one’s ability to self-regulate challenging health behaviors through the lens of psychological sciences and evidence-based Executive Function strategies that promote goal setting, prospective memory, self-monitoring, and relapse prevention.

We’d love to spend some time with you at the conference, share a cup of coffee to discuss how Georgia’s educational leaders are partnering with ExQ to implement Executive Function curriculum around the country, and explore ways to bring ExQ’s innovative curriculum to your school or district to help build the Executive Function skills needed to succeed in school and in life!
